DELIVERY

Order before 1pm weekdays for delivery the next working day as standard. Restrictions apply.

Deliveries are between 8:30am and 6:30pm Monday - Friday.

A signature will be required on delivery, If you have provided a mobile number you should receive a text message on the day of delivery with an estimated time slot and a link to live tracking information.

If your order contains age-restricted goods such as solvents, axes, knives and knife blades, delivery will only be made to a person over the age of 18. Our delivery company will ask for proof of age if they believe you are under age. If our delivery company attempts to deliver an order to your address and finds there is no one available to receive it,

we reserve the right to take a photograph of the outside of the property to assure you we attempted delivery to the correct address. We can assure you that this photograph will not be published or circulated, or used for any other purpose other than verification, and it will be held securely in compliance with Data Protection legislation.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the couriers consignment number.
